During the KYC verification process, you will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID to confirm your age. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 will be immediately suspended and permanently closed.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal. Log in to your 7scom account, go to Account Settings, and find the Verification section. Upload a clear photo or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued ID – accepted documents include PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or PRC ID. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours. You will receive an email notification once your account is verified.

No. Each player is permitted to hold only one 7scom account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and any balances forfeited. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password reset function or contact our support team at [email protected].

Go to the 7scom Login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter the email address associated with your account and we will send you a password reset link. The link is valid for 30 minutes. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folder. If you still have trouble, contact our support team and we will assist you in regaining access to your account.

If you wish to permanently close your 7scom account, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your request. Before closing, make sure to withdraw any remaining balance. 7scom supports a range of payment methods popular with Filipino players. For deposits and withdrawals, you can use GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to your bank account are also accepted. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

The minimum deposit at 7scom is ₱100 for GCash and Maya transactions. For bank transfers, the minimum is ₱500 due to bank processing requirements. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher amounts may require additional verification in line with our AML compliance procedures.

GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your 7scom account instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business hours during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 9AM–5PM). If your deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes for a GCash/Maya deposit, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.

To withdraw, log in to your 7scom account and go to the Cashier or Withdrawal section. Select your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, Maya, or bank transfer), enter the amount, and confirm. Your account must be KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours; bank transfers may take 1–2 business days.

7scom does not charge any fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside our control. We recommend checking with GCash, Maya, or your bank for their current fee schedules. For large withdrawals, additional verification steps may be required in line with our compliance procedures.
